Cracking vid, this was the first trail I took a roadie mate to. Converted him from the dark side immediately!!!!

yes i know... i go all the way to wales and when i get home findout that my Cams light setting was bad and it was not on the best quality settings Arrrggg......

is that a black run if so is it a big jump from technical red grade

Very easy, its very well marked from the centres. you just follow the arrows.

Very good technical climb, but super downhill after that. total course is about 14 miles i think.

Nah whites level is 15km.

..and is a RED graded trail, but has an optional BLACK run after the first 6km long climb (the big one). The 'energy' section isnt a black run..but still groovy.
