I was pissed when they announced that semenuk won and everyone on the mountain agreed with me that, foot down = NO 1st place. but whatever. Semenuk is the Shaun white of biking..

I think everybody is in the same boat here. The fan boys have gone into hiding so it must be really bad.

Edit: to everyone who thinks i hate Semenuk, I don't. He is an amazing rider but there are guys killing it harder than he is with no reward.

everything semenuk did was better except tuck. as for 3 x semenuks spin was oppo. and semenuk hit the big kicker at the end. he deserved the win

It wasn't a smooth run. None of the tricks were that much better. He put his foot down. All of that equals a non winning run. If somebody else pulled that same run with the foot down they wouldn't have won. its definatley a second place run but not deserving of first.

Why does everyone think the judges like Semenuk better? I can assure you that they don't favor him over any rider. He deserved that win. He went bigger. End of story.

So you agree that when you put a foot down, you can still win? He didn't have a perfect run, he went too big, he almost bailed, I would have given the win to yannick, kyle but not brandon, he didn't have a perfect run like yann and kyle did!

yannick didnt spin out of the satellite dish. didnt hit the big kicker. im not a "fanboy" of semenuk he actually just deserved the win

he barley slipped. less than semenuk did. semenuk just took his foot of the pedal cause he was gonna fall, yannick slipped his on impact on the pedal. semenuk did not have a smooth run either. horrible landing on his hip flip and tuck no hander. his name gave him that extra 0.33 he needed for the win. simple as that.

trek if you think judges don't play favourites than why does shaun white win? he isnt that great except in half pipe. why does semenuk seem to have worse runs than others but still win? oh ya, your right though. definatley no favouritism there

If you look at the list of tricks it is actually clearer that semenuk got the win. I said the same thing at first about yannick but semenuk did oppisite spins... didn't do as many like moto whips... and hit the bigger jump at the end... doing imo a better trick.

his second run shoulda placed higher than this one, it was the same except he trucked the first step down, 3 whipped the first double, still dabbed one foot there,(instead of the truck), big no foot can on the big double (instead of the tuck) and other than that it was just a smoother run for him.
