Mt Snow, was rocky,muddy,steep with lots of wet roots. def. one of the most tect places ive been, true old school DH!!

Killer day bro, despite my few hard get offs..... First trip to the mountains of the season always gets me in over my head ! My HD clips take forever to upload, but I will start getting them going.....the Leatt neck brace was tested a few times and actually works with (Knock on wood!) no broken collarbones !!

HH it was good old fashioned DH, rocky and rooty with wet cover in the wood s and steep chutes, the steeper the better for my liking..... a bit sketchy to say the least, but I dig it.... the vids look kind of slow, but I have some quicker looking ones coming up shortly when I get my internet sorted out...line probs nearby........this run was 2 or 3 in the am.......I felt like a little school girl......

Trail 13 is pretty rad huh? Im going up there again this weekend to race, I look forward to hitting that trail.

That is an awesome trail...my favorite part is blowing past hikers and scaring the shit out of them.

cant do that bro.. then they close down trails and put brier's in the trails to pop tires.. some times you gota suck it up and let them pass. as much as i would love to rip past at 50..lol

yep. hikers have as much right to enjoy the trails too and scaring the shit out of them is lame. Unlike most of North Shore here, up on Burnaby Mt. we have Multi use trails that are actually pretty sick and every hiker you come on gives us DHers the right of way - i actually have a bell on my bars that gives them warning and they move off to the side well before i rip past; and it is understood that us being cordial with them over the years and thanking them with a shout out as we pass has created a very cool atmosphere....anyway, cool vid.

Its still fun to scare them.....whether you think its lame or not. I'm going faster....get out of my way. I never said they didn't have the right to enjoy the trails...and btw there are PLENTY of trails out there strictly for hiking for them to enjoy (I'm actually more into hiking than biking).

trying to figure out, if you agree they have the right to enjoy the trails, how can they do that with you 'scaring the shit out of them'...protocol is : folks on foot have the right of way on multi use trails and if they are on bike trails only, doesn't justify "i'm going faster...get out of my way" Probably better that you are more into hiking, cause your attitude is the wrong one in biking scene and does 0 towards safe riding or creating support for the biking community...hope you think about this before you reply with another immature macho rant.

Your comments look more like rants to me considering the length. So explain the "protocol" to me (since you seem to be an expert in all things mountain biking) because I'm confused; do I get off my bike and walk by hikers? Honestly when I made that comment I was joking but you kind of took it to a a new level. cannondale4567 OUT.

hmmmm touched a nerve did i - i take people for face value, and if you are joking, your the only one who gets it apparently...and as for your confusion, that explains why you don't know, you don't have to get off your bike, just don't rip by a hiker so you can get your rocks off...so, nice try at covering your attitude instead of manning up, and growing up; and my attitude is: i could care less if you think my comments are a rant and as for me explaining protocol i doubt you even know what it means so why bother - as for me being an expert ' in all things mountain biking '...nope, but after 30 years of it i can carry my own and the only level 'newer' than yours might be my intense dislike of trail BS, so i'll be sure to stay out of your way........moving on.
