Ha, I don't normally do them so fast or awkwardly, but I was trying x-ups to opp x-ups that day so i was really into throwing my bike fast that day.

You mean, "roll under" as in "roll forward" (kinda), right? By the way, with good sticky grips & gloves, how does it "roll"? (Maybe I have a death grip, and I need to relax?) Also, I didn't know that it was the "rolled hand" *pushing* it flat, because I thought it was "the other (straight) hand" *pulling* it flat. Thanks for the vid/tips. I'll practice with it.
