I went to film this trail with Vince in August.
Trespasser is often described as the gnarliest, steepest, hardest and most technical hidden trail you can find in Whistler BC.
Vince was a top ten pro DH'er on the French Cup and Chatel but just wanted to freeride a lot of trails! He is always whipping big jumps, looking for steep, sketchy little lines and is always smiling and joking around. He makes Trespasser look flowy and easy when it is actually really gnarly, steep and exposed. Bad ass edit!!!
This is one of those trails were you could show someone and be like "Ya i rode down their one a bike!" and they probably wouldn't believe you.
Honestly? It looks pretty step and technical, yes. But from what I've seen and heard so far, it sounds much more fun than scary to me. I want to hit that! Not so sure about me doing that in wet conditions though. There are some trails like that in Chatel, just shorter and less slick rock. The Alps have a lot terrain like that, not just BC.
Nice video and very nice riding. Though I would have preferred to see someone on a trail bike / AM / Enduro rock that.

ive hiked this trail before, never new it was trespasser, to anyone who says they want to ride im seriouse here its twice as steep and gnarly as the video makes it look, so if u think it wud be hard but u could probs do it, dont try it, its gonna be alot of difficult walking for you!
that trail is super old. we rode that back in the early 2000's. hint hint.. its in the most famous mountain bike area of the world. trail is way knarlier than he makes it look. the rope line is the best
I want to ride it now! I have had dreams about this trail... Oh god, I don't think I can stay at work now. If I could lump all my favorite riding aspects together in one trail it would be this one.
