A fine day in October at Innerleithen. Filmed on a GoPro. No music so you can hear the bike, the terrain and the occasional heavy breathing and bad language.

Thanks, don't know if there is an uplift at innerleithen tomorrow, but if there is then you can try and get on the bus for £5. Just ask at the sign on desk. As the first uplift is at 9 o'clock and not everybody turns up at this time, then this is your best bet for getting on. Push up is a slog and will take a while. You would then have to session small runs and push back up again. This bearing in mind one run down the whole lot is only 4 minutes.

Yes, however I've just checked and there is no uplift tomorrow. Push up I'm afraid.

We did the 4 main one's from top to thite first fire road, played on the road gap for a bit then did the gold run to the next fire road then had a play on the 6ft drop and my mate got a flat so i rode the gold run to the bottom. Best place ive been to in the uk,it's like all my fav track's in one place!

glad you enjoyed, you need to come back for an uplift to get the full benefit. If you've got a trail bike you can do Innerleithen one day and glentress just up the road the other day. That would be a top weekend away. Otherwise two days at Innerleithen lets you learn the trails and just get faster and faster.
