 Another helpful how to. I'm really struggling with these, but your tip about doing them 90 degrees not to fall on the handlebars was great, I actually never though of that (stupid --") .

 Another tip that really helped me to learn is to take your bike and put the back tire against a high curb or wall and sit on the seat with your feet on the ground. This will hold the bike up allowing you to free spin the bars to get the hang of the "release and catch" form. Practice going both directions but you'll always have a "good side" just like with wall rides for example.
