Myself (Jordan Smith 16) rides my new 2012 Specialized Demo 8 frame down Madonna Mountain in San Luis Obispo California, on a hot October afternoon. Filmed by Jairn Schiff & edited by Jordan Smith. Original edit came out glitchy so finaly had time to re-do the whole thing let me know what you think. Special thanks to Arts SLO Cyclery & One Subject Apparel for making this happen!

just a couple thoughts:
i agree with the song comments. try to use the song for your video cuts too. would like to see more sweeping pans on the camera work and some smoother zooming! otherwise, a lot better than the last video with the motor zooming! steez was sweet, but sometimes it looked forced. just pin it!

I appreciate your constructive and helpful comment. I'm the filmer Jairn Schiff, the reason there aren't many sweeping pans is because The trail is really skinny near the top and there's barely enough room to stand on the side. It's so skinny Jordans' handle bar broke my camera case. And I tried not to zoom much but I had too. I'm in the process of Re-Editing the video with added Color correction.

Why the hell is this dude going on about the riding in Canada. Everyone knows that it is world class and if you doubt it check out photos of trails like Canadian Open DH and Sex Girl. Then we will see what you have to say about our trails.

I have been riding that trail for over eight years and I have never put a bell on my bike once. People should not be hiking up that trail unless they are prepared to run into mountain bikers!

looks like im the new owner of a house in cali, fully furnished with truck and bike. all my pictures are well over a year old, and most people dont have the money to pay people to put togther a video for them, because theyd much rather spend it on the bike its self. you wouldnt be able to keep up with me on a dirt bike going up trails, i dont go on the computer, or pink bike every day like someone, your the one that really needs to get a life, you just lost your trucks house and bike.. and i do beleive you are the idiot that can not spell simple words like "you" or "about".. you sound like the 15 year old who talks shit

Brock DON'T HATE on someone's video that they spent time making. You have no idea what it takes to make a video, because you never have AS SEEN ON YOUR PROFILE. You don't even have a car or your license, so don't talk shit about Jordan's TRUCK. You said you ride down "slippery greasy rocks" but do you ride down on your ass or your face? OR is your head so far up your ass it's hard to tell the difference.

sorry man but the trail was pretty flat and boring for most of the video, and there is no way in HELL you can say that the terrain in cali is even close to what we have here in BC, especially on the coast. that is a joke. our province is known for that kinda shit. wet, rocky, rough singletrack makes your guys hiking road look like a walk in the park.

Im not hating on bc whataoever yah THIS trail is pretty flat thoes trails in thoes vids are nothing like whats in bc ita real un educated of u too say eapecialy on the central coast that is probly whwre the most of the good riding is in cali san luis obispo is one of the beat places for riding in cali now that one trail is arguably one of the gnarliest trails there is richard lancaster built it for chainsmoke 2 back in the 90's pro riders that come here back out from riding it its more than gnarly videos dont do justice now what i do have a problem is, is theese 2 stupid punks who think there the shit and dont have any idea what there talking about...belive me im not hating on bc at all bc is awsome ill be there this summer but just becuz we keep our trails in slo secret and its not well known doesnt mean it sucks becuz its not bc i can ride here 365 days a year and can ride over 2 dozen trails that are less then 15 minutes from my house our trails are diffrent this just happens to be a more pedaly trail but just becuz its not bc doesnt mean it sucks theese middleschholers up here just dont get the picture and need to grow up
