i have no idea wat to call it yet lol i need to build more woops build thta last jump liek a foot taller then ubild a landign and a berm and soem other stuff after it.. but the other day when i was there the guy at the bottom walked in and told me to get the f*ck out so i left when i went back today i couldnt find my tools so i think he went back in and f*ckin took them so be careful next time ur at the bottom of the main trail!
We need to double check who owns the land... I'll knock on some farmer's doors over the weekend. I ain't going to bring in all that wood, make a saweet wall-ride at the end of Snake Steps, only to see the time and resources get cut up and wasted...
understandable he didnt destroy anything so i dnt no i might have walked right by my tools but i dont no lol it might actually be his property im not sure im not overly werried thats the first time ive ever seen him in there he must have heard me using the shovel cuz i dnt think he woulda seen me lol
I don't mind to knock on a couple doors to find out for 100% sure who owns it. I'd be good to meet the owner and get legal/real permission.
I'd like to toy around out there on a board this winter too. We'll bring out a box/jib, at least one rail, build a couple kickers etc... Th trees are spaced enough to setup a couple terrain park type lines. I'm sorta dying to try running Snake Step on my board!!! I think it'll be a hoot. I hiked through ShortHills last season and rode some ridges and any trails that were downhill, it was a BLAST! I plan to do more hikin/boardin like that this season. That and I want to take some vid hitting rails in downtown type areas this season too...
