The first round of the 2011/2012 MTBA Gravity Cup held in Thredbo saw Troy Brosnan take the win over Sam Hill and Jared Graves. In the Elite Womens catagory Tracey Hannah smashed the rest of the feild by a decent margin and Joey Vejvoda took the win over Thomas Crimmins and Connor Fearon in the Under 19 Male.
