man !!!...you're in great shape !!!...I would be gasping for air, lol...what's making that noise, your derailleur ???
My chain slapping the underside of my swingarm ..cannondales resonate and the gopro has a sensitive mic ! I had to burn the prior nights homebrews off !!
hey, we're C'dale brothers now !!! I wonder how far I would get with mine in your trail, haha...what model and how much travel ???...it's hard to keep up with all your trail bikes, lol...sometimes you can also hear that sound like a steel cable under tension that emits vibrations....
Right on mate ! I used to do some R&D work on the gemini project with them ....way back now...
I am on a Prophet with a custom built avalanche montie in the rear (5.5") and a rock shox tora 318 coil with core rat fork guards up front... my handbuilt wheels mishmashed with a king front and a DT 440FR rear, some very very old and many miles Canadian made black spire cranks and an original syncros, made in Canada ti bottom bracket that has to have at least 50K miles on it and has been on about 10-12 bikes over the last 16 years...I have a pretty rare road bike I will clean up and post sometime when I get a chance...with a cool story....

you always have those sweet Avalanche setups !!!...I wonder what the hell happened to good ol' bottom brackets...I have a Campy stainless steel BB that has at least 50000km on it and still spin better than new !!!....in the last three summers alone, I went through 2 Truvativ GXP BB, 1 Race Face FR BB and 1 FSA BB.....they were all outboard bearings and they all sucked ballz !!!...next time, I'm keeping the FSA cups only and will have some nice quality bearings pressed in them...or will try to have some Campagnolo BB retrofitted in my TR450...lmao
Love the avalanche stuff brother ! You will be sold !
I know BBs are using total garbage bearing nowadays and that is the big issue....cheap chineese garbage bearings instead of the good ole' Swiss or German precisions !! New bearings will cure your BB troubles and you laugh about the campy thing....when I was a kid ( I hate saying that! )....I used to build campy super record hubs onto my araya 7x BMX rims for my Hutch TJ race bikes..... They were the best ever ..so fast and smooth !!

nice !!!...bet you had the nicest wheels around...nothing in the history of cycling has more wins than Super Record....man, have you seen 2012 super C ???...if I ever hit the jackpot !!!
They were just straight up fast , light and smooth...I loved my bullseye....colors and trickness...but the little bike dweeb that i was, I knew all the great Euro guys rode Campy in the tours....and my local bike guys were all to eager to hook me up.
YES it is so delicious !! I can't even fathom spending loot on my road rides !! You will laugh when you see what I have.... trick...but old"er".....I just want to be in the forest every chance i can.... 25 years of retail bro.... and a healthy commute....I like the trees..... kind of like RUSH !!!

It is a really fun trail and lots of them in this forest. I haven't been in a few seasons, I've been exploring and kind of burnt myself riding here. But i am rediscovering the old love.
