First time jumping this Gap

Jumping over the gap. Too much speed and pulled up too much. Overshot the landing by about four feet. HUGE AIR!!! Broke leg in three different spots. Had Surgery Called for my own ambulance. One metal plate A bunch of metal wire A couple screws A bunch of bolts.. Ending my dirt jumping for a VERY long time if not forever. :( Why do i have to suck!

lol funny story.. i didnt know i had broken it untill i looked down and saw my foot was like backwards.. the adrenalin rush took away all of the pain for about ten minutes.. thats why i was smiling.. i was like OMG i broke my leg.. give me my phone fast !!!!

i broke my leg on like a 5 and a half foot jump with a funny landing, it sucked i lost my whole summer.

lol well ive seen it done before.. i just figured the faster the better... (dont know what was going through my mind then) cause obviously that wasnt the case... and thanks.. ill try and heal but im gonna be a real bitch for airport security... Ill beeep every time. Oh and ur mom was the nurse at the hospital!!! she is pretty damn cool.

lol uhh well i get the cast off in 12 weeks (3 months) and uhh im probably not going to be able to jump for about a year... just so i know it fully heals... mabey never i dont know yet...

i tried a 15foot jump and overshot in by like 8 feet
i broke my foot in 5 places and a a screw and 2 pins put in it...XD

The only reason you crashed is because you dead-sailored and froze going off of the lip. Just lead with your hands and try to land the front wheel first to get your control back. You'll get it down...
