the only thing is,
and i had this issue to
seeing as it was shot with a DV cam it needs to be deinterlaced.
so when your exporting you should see a option for that
that will get rid of the horizontal lines when there is motion.

hey dude
this is a dvd rip that i put into final cut then export in quicktime.
i blew it and lost the master tape so it was the only way i could get the video we made online.
its weird on youtube and riptv it plays fine without the crazy lines.
maybe i will try to reupload it.
