yeah its better to pick up speed with hard pedalling at the start and mid pedalling ocaasionally than granny gearing the whole way and stand up a bit more but otherwisse good video

Still new to the mountain biking scene so my fitness is not the greatest, im working on it tho. unfortunatly work gets in the way alot
