It has yet to have been ridden.

Now I saw the pictures of the berm right after it but why did you those there if it makes you not want to hit it? Reconstruct if it's too hard
We already did one big overhaul of it. We don't want to make it straight because there's a ton of dead fall behind the berm and it would not line up with the rest of the trail at all. If someone hits it and it needs a lot more remodeling then it's just gonna get torn out.

It's just a terribly designed line. If you case it, you fall 5 feet into the mini-canyon. If you overclear it, you shoot over the berm and land in a pile of big logs. I can't hit it because I'm still injured and Will can't hit it because he can't get hurt during baseball season. So it's pretty much down to Ben to guine pig it, but he doesn't like doing stuff like that.
I swear if we rebuild the berm And take out 1 rock, it'll be fine. its still just such a sketchy run-in and run-out
no its not. flying over the berm is the least of my concerns atm. just fix the little berm and maybe move this one rock. that should do it. Its kinda a shame since its the only rockgarden on the hill, but we can smooth it out fairly easily
Yeah we should fix that little berm but you're really more concerned about casing it than over shooting the berm? If you don't touch your brakes there's no way you'd case it.
If you want to ruin your wheels and frame case, be my guest. And talk to Ben because I'm not back to riding yet and Will can't risk getting hurt because of baseball. Also, it's not the size that worries people, it's the line.
I'm kidding about the tires but honestly if you need someone to guinnie pig that shit I will take care of it for you
I'm gonna give Ben one more shot, but then you and Sean can go for it. I would hit it if I was riding.
He put in half the labor of building it so I give him a little more time, but I'm the only one at MA who guinea pigs anything . . .
hey hey hey I'll hit it, just wanna take out the rock and rebuild the berm. The run-in is just too sketchy to be able to accurately gauge speed at the moment
Yeah this video doesn't show the really sharp berm that basically is the landing. So If I dont want to case it or fly over the berm, I have to have the speed just right. if that wasn't there everybody would've hit it a long time ago
Thanks Ben for explaining what that guy would clearly have seen if he read my first response to downhilla-trailbuilda13's comment. A few more responses and this thread is getting deleted.
