Too many keyboard kiddies who've barely raced away from Innerleithen and the manicured, overused trails that it offers. A shame, but then would them racing NDH's really add anything to the events?
Personally I think the trail looks sick and I really can't wait to ride it!

Top marks to Carl, Phil and the rest of the NDH/Keilder crew and builders for getting off their arses and having the vision and can doo attitude to bring new tracks and races to the north of England. Hopefully the big race organizers are taking note and who knows we may get some national level races back in the North (or even in England for that matter) to compliment all their efforts with the grass routes races they already run. Keep up the great work!

The venue is race only. We may be having some bedding in days later in the year but this will be limited to those who have helped clear the route.
If anyone is interested in helping out look out for invites to route clearing days via the Northern Downhill facebook page.
The first race will be October 20-21st.
Unauthorized use will result in the venue being pulled. Everyones help to police this would be appreciated.
Little bit puzzeled by some of the comments on here when blatently mentioned "the build so far" indicating the route is not finished.
Thanks to those who helped so far.
