syndrome - PIRIFORMIS
cure - none ( only treatment )
pain and discomfort - ( unpredictable ) seasonal - especially spring time
Your freakishly strong.
How the hell did you train to lift that amount of weight what is it about 400lb?
I'm training at the minute and feel weak all the time.
Good going after injury as many people would have just given up like i did.
Good going superman

thanks mate, well the truth about strength is that you have to consume complex carbs food pre and post workout with proteins and go for a lifts but you have to do many reps. and time to time your body starts to regenerate more energy and strength you will see the results but remember to rest and recover , i am 165 lbs guy with 7% bodyfat and i deadlift 400lbs, this one in video is 340 and next was 360 , you dont have to do maximum all the time and everytime you go to gym , just make sure to stimulate muscles . cheers and never give up
