It has been a while! The trail is in terrible conditions, still we had some fun on some of the sections!
RideOn!
I love the spectacular view from the top of the mountain. You can see the water marks on the trail and you can call it a true wilderness trail, but there isn't too much of the flow left, sorry about that brother!
Happy trails!
Yes Manny, it was such a beautiful and flowy trail, but beeing on the top of one the highest mountains on the island has its consequences, but plans are in motion to repair the trail for the summer rides!
Yes!
Happy Trails!
I love the top view coupled with this song!
Very nice!
I agree trail maintenance is very crucial for longevity.
Keeping the trail clean and free from erosion keeps bikers riding a long time.
Its really tough as you can only see the aftermath of our bikes once its too late.
Great video brother!
RideOn!
You're so right bro...problem here is that the bike community isn't united and are always bitching about who should do what and stuff and I get tired and sick and just want to ride with my close friends...
nice freakin' trail bro !!!...I wish I could hit that with my bike...how much climbing do you have to do to get on top ???...amazing location !!!...how come you're not using the Fox 180mm on the Dune ???....bammm, done
The trail is a lot bigger that the film bro...it's just in very bad shape because of the altitude. We have to clim a bit, it's one of the highest points on the island. There are 3 amazing trails going from those antenas you see in the beggining! As for the 180 "Fox", as much as I would like to ride it today, without a front brake, I don't think it's very wise, hahahahaha!
Thursday everything will be in place! But I'm still going to test the Dorado on my DH trail bro, today!
hell yeah dude !!!...let us know what are the differences with the Fox ???...stiffness, plushness and overall feeling...
what ?!?...all along, I thought that the Dune had 160mm and the Spesh had 180mm upfront...btw, what year and model is your spesh ???...can't find the exact model anywhere ???
Both fox's have the same travel. The Marzo I had before had 190mm of travel brother. Though the Big Hit I have is from 2006, I belive this model is from 2004.
estou a ver que o inverno maltratou esse trilho
mesmo assim , nice ride
a vista no inicio do trilho é sempre espetacular
congratz

É um dos trilhos que fica sempre completamente destruido no inverno amigo...é pena pois é simplesmente o melhor da ilha...já ouvi rumores de que o vão arranjar novamente....a ver vamos.
