Awesome ride man! Please take care. My shoulder first dislocated in January 2010 and has never healed. I have had 10 dislocations since and suffer from constant pain. When you are not riding I recommend please keeping your bad arm as stable as possible. Sling it up or just dont use it. I have been doing so and Im feeling pretty good, however your should will always be lose so just be careful. RideOn!

Thanks. Ive been using a shoulder suport brace from EVS sports protection. Seems to work great. To true the shoulder takes a long time to fully heal.

Yes, I use the same support when I ride. Just ride hard but dont go down on your bad shoulder if you can handle it. If so, POP and your dislocated again, ahahhahah Which usually really hurts. My last dislocation was last July and this whole year has been a painful battle. RideOn!

thanks.. shoulder still isnt healed up yet.. Dislocated 4 week ago. The bar is from a company sixpack racing. And the stem is from HIT N RUN
