Honestly, I don't love Gwin, but I must say he's a demon on two wheels! My guess for his huge gap on Minaar is he's very strong, muscular and not that tall, so he's at his advantage on such a brutal DH, where you have to hold on to your bike every second of the run. In a post-race interview, he said that his arms were "pretty shot" for the last 45 seconds but that doesn't look like that. Smile

Anyway, he has a smooth style and is awesomely quick! Congrats to him for an impressive (g)win!

he used to race pro motocross. so he's just a phenom on anything with 2 wheels. and you guessed pretty much everything right, but he's not short he's about normal height (5'10)
