 Interesting, good vid, maybe should have brought attention to the nylon washers? x2 on the non drive side and x1 on the drive side for an 83 mm bb shell.

 I wouldent use a ratchet to undoo a tight bb, a longer breaker bar is best, apart from that and missing out the spacing washers for a 83mm shell a good informative vid

 what has been used on the chainstays? looks like bathroom sealant
