hm, i really like this type of mountain riding, but from this side it always looks like they pedaling uphill about 300m and then downhilling about 10km and doing this like really funny and so easy think
almost without work.

@T-U-G: how? you get the joy of a good downhill that feels even better as you've worked hard for it on the uphill. And as Dan said ur not limited to chairlifts you can just get out and ride.

my favourite MTN to hike up. Spent a night in the small "shelter" (on the summit) a while back - great views. Now looks like it'll have to be a MTB trip! Love riding! Love Wales! Tidy like!

The longer enduro rides require more endurance and efficiancy then the DH which is a lot about short bursts of high power, this is reflected in his muscle build
