 circa 1897 is the product that is well known, rona in canada and homehardware and their own furniture stripper its gel alcohol burns like shit and will burn eyes in less than a second, WEAR EYE PROTECTION and it eats through most rubber gloves. I also use it all the time, and have scars on my cornea and get to see them everyday. with proper PPE this is the best way to do a frame.

 Aircraft paint stripper. I love the stuff and have been using it for years but apparently they are discontinuing it since its so dangerous.

 Never! I was actually wearing shorts and a tee-shirt as well but I have a lot of experience with this stuff so I'm fairly careful and I do keep a hose right there in case any gets on me.
