wooow, that bike looks a little slow, i meen to much sag and it looks wayyyy too long he couldnt even keep the front up when he tried a manny
The sag is all personal set up preference and Mike runs his bikes with a really slow rebound (used to be a hucker adn he's just adapted to running them that way). As for the manual, you can't tell me that you nail yours every time you try one as I know that can't be true.
good call i noticed the slow rebound aswell i just cant see how that could feel good but as u said just riders prefrence 
i think his style made it look that way i.e too long, very off much off the back of the bike- meaning he looked a bit stretched out.

Dude your fork compression is not right, look at it...too soft. Also you are leaning your body to much forward. Get a right set up and place your weight in the middle of the bike and come up straight with your upper body.
PS: Your bike is ugly, but the fork is so sexy!!!
