sick clip mate but the frame rate of the slow mos was a bit to small

It means that the number of frames per second is too slow. That is what makes the slow-mos jittery and not smooth like on Larocks videos etc. Its to do with camera itself and sometimes you can manually adjust the frame rate on the camera (but I know our 550D doesn't or not that I have found). Top of the line cameras tend to have higher frame rates but it is the deceiving part about cameras saying they have HD filming capabilities.
