Crash and a backlflip

Crash is me backflip is not. Lost my footing going off the lip and went the wrong way

i washed out recently too on a wet root at the bottom of one of our log formations

happy days

had to pull a small twig out of my arm Uwrrrrr

nice slide! pushed my jersey up and cut up my arm a bit but it always could've been worse!

Yes, but that sounds pretty bad, the head cam always make a nasty crash looks smooth!
