I dunno, nice riding though and thumbs up for bike girls. But EVERY day girls doesn't spend much time with Olympic lifting, right ? And why she goes to the gym anyway if she doesn't have to care about her fitness ?
If they would leave with this with music and one simple, note to satisfy sponsors that would do more.

It would suck to spend all that time training to be your best just to have your components fail you! I think the point of the video is that if you spend all that time training to be your best don't waste time on components that wont hold up to the same intensity that you expend at the gym. just my 2.
