Haha, Actually, we were all landing in the 34-36 feet range, 32' is the make it or die distance. There's a jagged shelf rock 32' from the lip.
Add it up kids, a big bike is 6' long...and that's a midsize Toyota T100 truck...
It's also still sitting here, balls up and feel free to come hit it. OR...just sit here on the computer and talk smack?

Yeah, it's a hipped tranny, but the kicker kinda blows, doesn't really set up nice. After all the crap talk here, it kinda got me thinking about the nice hang time. I think we're going to rebuild it! Redbull rep has been pestering me about jumping the RB truck...this is as good of a place as any!

OK, for one, it's shot at a really crappy angle, we really didn't think about it. We literally THREW this entire hit together in a few hours. We built the "boat dock" over a little gully then piled the worst dirt I've ever seen against some old logs and hit it. We didn't even rake a landing or anything. Not to mention there was a foot tall drop off from the tranny, which was off-cambered and hipped, into deep sand.
So when you look at it keep in mind that we're NOT LANDING UP ON TOP, but down below the edge that's most visible. We also shot it inline with the jump so by the time the bike's in the air it's already 4-5 feet from the too steep and too short lip. Prob the sketchiest jump I've ever hit for sure.
But you guys have to use your brains here. Go measure how wide even your mom's car is once. We're jumping directly over the roof of my Toyota T100 truck, which was a midsize and EASILY sat 3 people across the front.
Anyway, whatever! Not sure why I even bother to keep explaining this...I'm a friggin old guy. I've got nothing to prove here, let alone LIE about a stupid, crappy, quickly built hit out in a pasture 2 years ago! It was 34' feet lip to landing. Doesn't really matter what you kids "think" it looks like. I just got back from Redbull Rampage last weekend and after seeing the actual stunts and what they look like on camera I KNOW what a camera does to size visuals.

We built it, we hit it, we filmed it, then one of the guys measured it. I was coming up the shortest, at 34 feet. Corey was hitting it at 36 feet. FACT. Doesn't matter if you "buy it" or not.
