This video is a joke, and everybody is equal at the skatepark. If you havent seen this yet, take some time and watch it!
scooter kids are very annoying in skateparks but have you ever taken a break from your bike for a few minutes and picked up a scooter? Damn those things are fun in a bowl
Haha, I thought it was cute.
It's actually nice to see that the users of the skatepark are more supportive (perhaps tolerant) of each other compared to 10 years ago.

This video depicts things almost exactly as they are in all of the skateparks within 30 miles of where I live...
We MTB'ers tend to ride when the parks are quiet, and even when it's sub zero and wet, although we do ride when it's busy we tend to be less active.
Scooter kids usually disappear when it gets dark, but there's a lot of them during the daylight.
Skate boarders often seem to have a bit of an attitude, like they're so used to fighting for their right to skate that they can't conceive of just sharing the space in a friendly manner.
BMX'ers certainly rule the park in this part of the country, although they're not all a*sholes about it
The only thing missing was the lesser spotted blader, occasionally seen in one's and two's.

despite being a biker more than a skater, there is a reason they call it a skatepark and not a bike park.. i highly doubt that your hierarchy is accurate. if one does exist, the skaters are at the top of the food chain without a doubt
I would have to agree with you, hence the description and disclaimer at the end saying that its a joke.
