2012 - Year Of Fails

2012 was a good year for riding for me, I managed to get out a lot and progress my riding a fair bit, and with progression comes a few crashes. Here are all the ones I managed to capture on Go Pro this year. Thankfully, they're not all of me ;)

You crash even more often than I do.
Love the choice of backing track....Take me to the hospital.
I know that one, word perfect.
I've messed up both shoulders due to a lack of talent... and commitment.
Had one fixed and going back in soon, I hope, to get the other cut and shut.

I didn't say I stopped riding.
It took 2 yrs to find the 5th surgeon, and the first to say 'I'll do it'
I kept riding until 2 wks before the op, in September.
I ain't fast or any good at DH, but I always get up and get back on the bike, if only to drive to the hospital.
At my age, I don't have 2 yrs to sit doing nothing.
Nowadays, though, I always wear armour.
Let's face it, he's not going to do the same shoulder for me twice.
A&E is a no-go area for me from now on.....they'd only laugh!!!

this has made my morning... I had a good one from stiniog to give you... but for some reason it decided to change to photo burst :/
haha, that was the reason i crashed, thought the front end felt unusually loose coming round that berm, turned out i had a flat.
