I know. The way they are supposed to be used is you edit your footage (color correction and effects and such) in After Effects then export your clips to premiere and put it all together there. That's what I do, it's worth looking up and researching.

yeah i know all about that, but when you try and render heavy after effects in premiere it makes more sense to keep it in After effects, especially when you want to change it around and adjust the effect. idk i just really see no point in premiere once effects and color correction are implemented. but do what works for you mann.
