Sunday outside of World Cup season no longer holds a deeper meaning. It no longer registers to riders as race day. There is no race. To the few elite who now cannot race. It is a day to ride. To prepare for the coming season. Bryn Atkinson prepares for his season by shredding the iced over trails our Pacific Northwest homeland presented us with.

Don't what exactly it is, but your videos give me goosebumps...
Your videos have the perfect mix of beautiful scenery, bike noise, riding shots and music.
Keep on putting out these sweet edits, it'll make my winter less cold and boring!!

I no joke teared up a little I don't know why this video was just so like beautiful I've never felt this way befor when it came to riding ur trails and videos make me warm inside, I love it wish I had a good camera and a good bike I would be posting vids like this "like this" not as good but I'd try! Keep it up a re would be great have a nice day.
mnt-life, Glad you liked the video. I can tell you that Jasper's set up is no more than $500-800. The most expensive equipment won't give you great creations. It's what's in you that will make it great. I've seen many folks with fancy set ups that don't have their heart in it and it shows. You can too if you put your soul into it, and maybe a little bit of money.
Hearing this kind of stuff honestly makes me tear up... Everyone here has no idea how much I wanted to make it and how much of a personal internal struggle it is to try to produce the best stuff! I am so glad it is finally paying off and I am finally seeing the results of that work! Pinkbike is an amazing website... It has proved to me that if you work hard as hell and produce your best you will be recognized. Again thanks to every single user on this fucking awesome website that watched, favorited, and then watched again... You guys are incredible!
you are incredible as well mate! Keep up the good work! I think i speak for most people on PB that have seen your stuff when i say: I will keep coming back so long as you are filming!
Reading all these amazing replies makes me feel like warm inside! Lol! You guys are the best! Mnt biking has the best community ever!
I cried the first time, and every time I watched it afterward. I love your work and you deserve everything coming to you and more. Thank you for putting this on here, so that I could be inspired.
I woke up Sunday morning just gone, we had a ride organised and the weather was clear for a change
son what's the issue? Well I suffer from mild insomnia and the alarm was set for 9am and I'm stil wide awake at 5:33 about to hang myself. I eventually get about an hours keep and then my alarm starts to punch me in the face as I attempt to get out of bed and ready for a ride. Before I leave the confines of my bed I go throug my usual routine of going straight on pinkbike for a bit of news and the odd vid. I see this video pop up as the video for Sunday (vod) and give her a watch......
I wasn't prepared to see what I saw or feel what I did. Even on no sleep and With a mellow tune, this video got me 100% keen for a ride and completely in the zone. I pretty much floated out of bed and landed on my bike at the trials with the video and song fresh in my mind. It was amazing. What you've created here is more than a video of sum guy riding his bike in the woods. It's motivational, it's inspirational, it's unchallenged in its field, it's perfect.... It's a lot more. So thanks for that, I'd of sacked off riding that day if it wernt for u guys.
Well that's enough from me,
Peace x

EVERYONE!! Before my amazing day as a VOD ends I want to let everyone know we have a big dose of new content coming very very soon in the form of a Kickstarter for a movie! It is literally my life dream to make a bike movie and I hope so so so much that a community this fucking awesome will support me!!
Nice! Was that Chuckanuts? That has a SICK little section at the bottom 110% committment to clean it The Meshchivious Ones all CRUSHED IT during out tour this past summer! Great Video!
Technically legal, yes, but the landowner wants riders to pay an annual fee. It's probably a fair deal, but riders should be aware, and pay if they want to ride there.
It was $75 and thanks to Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance it's now only $45. That's cheap compared to 1 day of snowboarding. Can you tell I bought one already?
Yeah, here: hancockrecreationnw.com/node/202. You cannot purchase these at the trailhead.

Man, I have to loosen my grip on my bars! you ride so loose and relaxed. love the vid. also, i probably would have never listened to that song if it was on the radio, but what a great choice for this video. i love that song now!
you know that feeling which you don't really get that often when riding? as you ride a trail perfectly, everything is flowing, the rhythm is right and you get that adrenaline and happiness fueled feeling and you know that you'll hit everything right. The riding in this vid was like that with zero mistakes and the song made it just freaking perfect with the vibe.
That was completely stunning. I love the way he rides, so relaxed but yet so aggressive! The quality of the recorded audio added a nice touch to the film. Keep it up, both of you!
Great video Jasper! pretty cool seeing a awesome vid out of a local trail 5 minutes from my house! you and Bryn both killed it!
