How 29ers should be showcased. Assuming that they were.

Sorry but those are the new 650B Bronsons. I am a big fan of 29er trail bikes, and think that they could be really good for enduro (I have never raced one, but it seems like an LTc or something would be awesome). But, those were certainly not 29 inch wheels.

definitely tallboy LTc. @3:34 gives you a good look. sorry Gooldylocks.

I'm with boflo, NO DOUBT tallboys. even if you don't recognize the tallboy LTc yellow/black paint scheme or see the big wheels, you can see "tallboy" on the chainstay at 0:33.

fugly 29ers. not hating on them (although the amount of forcing them on the market deserves all the hate it gets) but they do look disproportionate. maybe peaty could make one look like a 26" bike lol

I have to say these bikes looked all right, but pretty much every Santa Cruz looks sweet. But its still a 29r

I can see a Chuck Norris heritage in this video....big wheels works on easy trails like the in this video, no heavy roots, no big rock gardens, no big jumps!....I sold my 29er and go back to my 26 now I am happier and safety...good brand, good riders, wrong wheel size, easy trails.....and the video...... seem like Pink Bike is been used as a Infomercial channel....if I buy one the other is free? Or I will get a Santa Cruz tent, for change the bent wheels, free! I want more!

im gonna have to call shenanigans on everyone hating on 29ers, saying these guys didnt look fast on em. they were absolutely RIPPING. they just seem slow to you because you know they're 29ers and you automatically assume they would look faster on a 26... that's just a little something called the PLACEBO EFFECT. in other news, holy hell that trail looks like fun

Native pussy love, my favorite kind.

It's actually Native Puppy Love - A Tribe Called Red

so their on dvo, but using fox sans stickers till dvo makes smaller travel stuff?
  • + 1
CG used an Epicon on Sea Otter DS. DVO has a working relationship with SR Suntour, so maybe a Durolux/Auron/Epicon/no-sticker-Fox.

for such awesome riders, those 29ers made their riding look awkward....29" may be quick in certain areas....but doesnt look nearly as fun.

I've always heard that the best biker is the one having the most fun; does anyone know of any data regarding the fun factor for 29 vs 26 inch bikes?
