because VOD is about great video skills not new/great riding....though new and great riding plays a part in the selection its mostly bout video skills

i'll be honest the lightning bolts pissed me off just to fake looking, everything else was freakin sweet tho
thats harsh! it was edited so well an the flashes is what i didnt like but the rest was sick!

if this video lost all the flmaes and bombs and lighting shit during the riding it woulda been way better i stil like it but it got over edited,im not a fan of editing going on well theres riding just show the riding as you saw it. especialy cuz it was sooo clear.
that lighning and shit got really annoying ater a while... it was sick in the beginning but after a while it just got old... but nice effort

i though the pinkbike galaxy and the 5th element song was the best thing about this edit and for me atleast everything else went downhill... too many effects put into the video and some of the colour lay overs were a bit dark and you couldn't really see everything that was happening...

oh yeah and more thing that was great about the vid is the Terminator: Salvation (T4) tv broadcast interruptions...
Few nice effects, but I got an impression that the effects were playing the leading role in this vid. Little bit more focus on riding and it would have been bull's eye.

interesting new take on the whole red bull round up thing, i dont personally like it with all the effects, but its nice to have something new on the scene.

the only good part was at the beginning with the logos... and the rest went downhill from there. Way too dark in some clips, the effects were cheesy, and it didn't really showcase the riding and i think if you look at alot of professional teasers (ie. Original Seasons teaser) they really showcased the riding and kept it clean cut and i think that packs more of a punch and makes me want to go out and buy the movie, rather than to watch a two minute teaser with as many effects as they can jam into it.
that looked too much like th event was being attacked and not enough riding.

personaly i didnt like the video, not my style BUT it definatly deserved VOD, alot of work went into creating the vid, and it all works really well, but personaly i wouldnt watch it twice.
Thats cool, good song (Powerman 5000 - Blast off to Nowhere) ... i think it's too much lighting effect the first lighting was nice !! the others was "repetitive?" sry my bad english lol

too much lightning and Such.. not enough riding and as has been said some of the clips were far to dark... all things asside you are an amazing editor, i personally think that You tried to Cram too much into this though, i'd be interested to see your, effecting and editing in a longer video. liked the intro and ending but ya shoulda left the middle sections more raw.

congrats, you took 30 seconds of video, and wasted 2 mins of my life. VOD should be about sick riding, not stupid editing.

OK firstly you have way to much free time.
And secondly the music was terrible.

I don't like it. I'll be honest. I don't like space/sci-fi stuff, and mixed in to biking.... :s Music was really not my thing. Looks like you put a lot of effort into it though.
Awesome editing and really cool ideas, love the thought into the Pinkbike logo integrating with the dieing planet.
Your Lightning bolts that disappeared behind objects looked awesome, maybe a bit to much lightning at parts.
You need to feather the edges on your masks of the explosions and multi layer them so they don't appear with a border and not part of the scene.

good beginning, but later to many effects spoil the fun of watching. i know, it takes skills to do such an edit. it takes even more to do it right.
good filming n wat not but the intro and all the other effects u did were not needed woulda been much doper with out that shit
