Through the Fall V2

Although September and October mark the end of summer, it is by far the best time to take a step back, relax, and enjoy some time in the woods. Through the Fall V2 attempts to articulate this transition as well as the true essence of riding in Vermont.  Nice video.... Please excuse me for sounding like a noob, but at 1min32seconds... what is that called? and how does he do it? and what exactly is happening? Does he actually use his back brake to open up the turn? It looks amazing, seen it in a few places, just no idea whats actually happening, any ideas?

It's called Scandinavian Flick and it comes from rallying. If it's actually faster on a mountainbike when it's about winning a race: no idea. But it looks rad!

you dont brake to do that, you shift your bodyweight to the front wheel, move your hip to the inner side of the turn. then the rear wheel slides towards that side. at this point, you move the weight back a bit and start turning the bars to ride through the turn, which causes the rear to get grip again und makes you slide in the opposite direction and thus through the turn

It is to slow down for a turn without losing momentum when braking.

one of my favorite vids ive watched in a while! it looks like a sweet trail system and it is a nice break from seeing full on downhill bikes ripping. goes to show you don't need a full 8 inches of travel to have all the fun!

Troy Lee Designs should pay them because they make that color of the A1 look cool...

I really enjoyed this video. I grew up skiing Mansfield (but live in Whistler now) and was stoked to see the mountain in the backdrop. The trails sure have changed since I started riding there in 1990! Nice work.

sick video, great filming and editing, but wouldn't be very good without the riders, maybe they deserve some credit in the, err, credits?? just sayin.

Alex McAndrews, Isaac Allaire and Dylan Conte in Morrisville, Stowe and Waterbury. Vermont is bursting with sweet trails, more every year.

I just love this video sooo bad. might not like aggressive with fullface helmet and DH bike but more nimble movements. I like that way.

Amazing cinematography. The riding is damn good too. I didn't know Vermont has such sweet trails. The opening reminds me of the farm scene of Life Cycles.

I liked the part when he drove the van and pumped up his tires. Sick! And the riding was pretty good too.
