Look at one of the comments from the article it makes me sick "I think he did a public service. Bike riders are mostly horrible people who think they own the road. They are on kid's toys, they need to be on the sidewalk. The road is for grown ups."

if i would have gotten to that driver the would have been no trial! for real, some people just need a high five with achair in their face. i am sure many got injured, i have encountered many cunt drivers and all those who harmed me got their fuckin faces smashed in! That was pure terror! Use your bikelock as a weapon!
Ricardo José Neis was indicted on 17 counts of attempted murder on March 18th, and was incarcerated on March 31st while he awaits trial.
On April 8th, Neis was granted habeas corpus and was released from prison. His habeas corpus status was granted due to the fact that there was no evidence that Neis had threatened witnesses or victims or destroyed evidence, so holding him behind bars would violate Brazil’s principles of presumption of innocence.
