Fourforty MTB Park - The Opening Rift

Fourforty mountain bike park is a first for New Zealand. On opening there will be 7 trails to choose from all with their own features and styles, from clique bike park style trails to gnarly rocky traverse single track.  Was shot on a FS-100 and NEX-F3 all with Canon EF L lenses and Miller AIR tripod, it's a really epic set up!

 Cross Country bikes portraying a Bike Park... Not exactly what I had in mind, where's the gnar gone?

 in order to build a park you have to start by building stuff for everyone. once the park opens and more riders get there then there will be more funding for more trails. for now we have been building for the intermediate level rider. it all takes time. the gnar is yet to come.
