Back On the Bike After Too Long
Finally back on the bike after 2 shoulder dislocations and surgery. First dislocation was in April of 2013, surgery was in July, and 2nd dislocation was 1 month ago in UC Santa Cruz. Got a bit of riding in between November and January also.
