Looks like you are having a blast flicking the blue pig around! Diggin your style. At the end of the trail there are nice piles of dirt waiting to be sculpted into jumpsSmile
I can realey get into those tunes bro. Sweet music to go with the visuals.

I wish.. that would be an awesome way to finish off the trail with some pump track style thru the grassy field.. but no this track is on a reserve where the local council has a water tank.. they keep stock piles here for works in the local area.

 WooooHoooo
Glide on Piggy!

She rocks mate, those trails are full of flow, I love it!
I like those step up gaps, they look fun!

Your yard into your garage was beautiful, you have a great house and location.

So, any thoughts on the slack out HT?

Thanks Niko, yes mate my thoughts are that it surpassed my expectations.. it glides with suppleness from the pliable rear triangle, yet can really put the power down when stomped on in a bigger gear. The slack head angle really puts you in a nice position, Also going with a 20 inch and finally getting a dropper post means its plenty roomy for the more peddally tracks. In short possibly the most complete all rounder I have ever had the pleasure of owning' Wish I had a downside to tell you about cuz I sound like a teenage girl with a crush..

no offence but it probably wasnt the best idea to show where you live and where your bike is stored...... but you would have to be a real sad cunt to steal someones pride and joy.

Good point mate, but we don't have too much of a problem here.. Thankfully society hasn't failed to that point yet. In the end though, I guess material objects aren't as important as the non material ones like the people we love.

Yeah i agree, but around here theres always someone who has to be selfish and steal

Shame man.. Fine line we tread between social cohesion and anarchy!

Quick smooth riding brother, great to watch. Thinking of swapping out my Ellsworth Moment for a Privee Shan hardtail, but losing 6in of rear travel, and me being a huge wolly mammoth may miss the cushion? lol
  • + 1
Thanks brother.. those Privees sure look nice.. as long as the tubes are some form of steel alloy I'm sure you wont miss the 6" too much!

Excellent! Solid as with that Lyrik by the looks of it Josh. Great riding skills Sir... maybe one day I'll be able to throw my BFe around like that!!

Cheers Dave.. Your Cotic is a smooth looking beast, I'm sure you throw it around just fine!

wow that was was a great intro to dirt for the Pig....are you liking the HT's over dually now mate? That was some incredible riding

Thanks Mick, have always loved riding hardtails but this one is on a different level for me.. definetely the best all round bike I have owned.. covers more genres than video ezy!

Fun that you can ride these trails with your boys one day and rip it up on a new steed the next... and love both rides! I may learn how to jump someday...
  • + 1
Cheers Reverend.. inevitably loving every ride! Is fun to mix up as many variables as possible from one ride to the next. Down hill ski jump style jumps are fun and relatively low risk to play on and get comfortable in the air..

jump is too fly !!! you too have bikes !! hahaha bikes lots of in garage !!!
  • + 1
Thanks hair.. yes, lots of bikes, is time to sell some now I have the piggy!
  • + 1
That just blew my mind. That's exactly how you're supposed to ride that. Nice work man! Next level. Totally next level.
  • + 1
Too kind man.. the Blue Pig is really smooth, easy to forget you are on a hard tail till you smash something really hard in the rear end.. even then the 'ping' of alloy is non existant.. just a silent thud!
  • + 1
0:29 nothing better than watching XTs roll. Yep that's pretty much the feeling I remember on that bike. hard tail but somehow not?

You go with an 18" frame?
  • + 1
Love the xt's man.. yours 09's ? Have been tough as nails untill this ride.. finally snapped a spoke! Re: Frame size.. ordered a 20" and box said 20" but may be a size smaller? Will have to measure some tubes and compare to specs. Dont mind either way as fit feels great with a 60mm stem and dropper post.

2010s I think. Been caning them hard for years only one spoke pinged in that time. The frame looks like a 20. Mine was 18. Had to run a long seat post but felt great in descents. Ride on dude. You slayed that trail.

Great video, great jumps, awesome bike and that final part of you going home was priceless brother. So fast man!

Thanks brother.. these are my home trails.. 10 min pedal to the trail head from home. Can do an awesome training ride with 3 runs up and down, pedal from home and hit up the local pump track in under an hour. Good times!
