Only when back pedaling. I've ridden it and it only makes that tick noise while back pedaling.

would that work if u ran it on a single speed rear cus then you could have a 2 speed dirt jump / street bike

thats what i was thinking, can you use that on single speeds, because sometimes i really wish i could have a easier gear lol, thats would be sweet, but they are abit pricey
