he needs to commit to it, atm he knows he isnt gonna try it, he has to go for it, rather than just trying to make himself look cool by making people think he is actually going for it.
all hes doind is leaning back and throwing the bike, id recomend going to a foam pit or water jump to learn the rotaion and then come back to tru it to dirt. and lastly hes not comiting at all

that was the dumbest f*ckin thing i have ever seen, honestly anyone can lean back and throw there bike, those werent even flip attempts
agreed, all he was doing was jumping off at the lip and making the bike do a 1/4 rotation, this is exactly why cities rip down jumps, because ppl who dont know wat they're doing try doing stupid things and get hurt

2) you need to tug you head and look at the landing as you start to rotate. to rotate you wust pull the barts keeping your arms striaght and looking at you landing then aslong as you commite to it and go fast you will rotate fully then you just have to land.
the best was is to do some 360was youhave the landing technique diaed on that you should be able to get the felling for if you are going filp.

this sucks, go find a foam pit and actually try them. these aren't attempts, these are you damaging your bike.
the jumps need to be about 5 times bigger andall u need to do is tilt ur head back a little bit and pull on ur arms slightly and ull spin around

When you watch someone like Cam Mccaul or Travis Pastrana on a MX bike you can see them changing their body position on the take off to help give them a faster rotation. They tend to keep their weight forward then as they reach the top they extend to the back of their bike to move their weight back giving them a better rotation.
