There's a link to my endomondo of it, it's about 13miles, there's quite a few decent trails about that mountain. Anticlockwise is definitely the best route for the decent, steep damp grassy paths on the way up. The walkers are always gobsmacked and amazed that anyone would think of taking a bike up there.
