Klunkin ain't easy NWCup 2014

I raced my Transition Klunker for the NW Cup downhill series. Here is the high lights of the season. People ask why I do it and I ask questions like, why do people mosh, or for that matter why do people compete in Cross-Fit, whatever you do, someone is sure to think it is silly, so just enjoy what you do!

The respect I have for you is the same I have for the 60 year old fully rigid single speed rider who cruises past me on a logging road... shred on man on whatever whip you choose!

Last song is suffer and middle song is tail drager, referring to the locked up rear wheel. I tried to be clever, I like the way it turned out.

I never got a great run in, but I was in contention for the CAT 3 class, Never got passed, except the last race... I think I got passed in the last race. The last race I was probably top five until the coaster gave out. In fairness I am a strong CAT 2 rider, but no way I was running the CAT 2 course on the Klunker, didn't want to hold up another racer.

 Does it have brakes?
cos i don't see any???

Just the coaster brake (back pedal). On my final race, it gave out about 2/3 down, so at that point, no brakes.

wow big respect surely that means you can break on basically anything
