Shimano Zee RD-M640 creaking sounds

creaking when shifting gears with clutch turned ON

 Yes, i tried that, but at the point when it doesn't creak it already too loose, also regreasing didn't do any good either. When i took everything apart, the problem turned out to be - the surface of the plate thing which tightens to the axle when clutch is on, has worn off. It resembles the teflon layer of an shock bushing and its gone.

 Dam!! You can alter THE tension of THE clutch. Maybe that wil work. And a teardown en a good clean An regrease might fix iT. After that...... I dont know
