this is for all the mountain slayers that will be riding in Jamaica soon. Either there for the Jamaica Fat Tire Festival or a www.2wheels1love.com tour tor like me 16 years ago...one guy and 2 wheels.....this is what you will get. Notice the exposed sections and especially around 5:50.
Respect and thanks to Jah for guidance and protection on my solo journey.

 the trail......
1st 3 minutes are the top section where there is a 7"-11" shovel shaped ditch that you mostly must ride in and clipping the trail sidewalls with a pedal is not an option. The terrain here is like no other I have ever seen as it's littered with stunted growth and is named "Elfin Woodland" on signage. The foliage colours range from lavender to florescent green and blue.
....the interval green lawn at 2:55 is Portland Gap. Ranger station and the freshest spring water I have ever tasted.
.....2nd half features the ridge rides and followed by Jacob's Ladder.
I think there are over 250 switchbacks and at least a few dozen on the top have drops anywhere from one to 3 feet and super tight.
