How do you feel about the cemetery shredding? I've always avoided places like that out of respect, is it different out there?

Here in Japan its the same, they would hate me for shredding on the grounds but there are many cool lines. I only stay on the walking path and when Im walking up I bow at each grave, its what you do here.
However, the cemeteries are vast here and going through them is a must at times because thats the only path. If any of my Japanese friends were with me they would shred but would not film, ahhahah
I always ride with respect to the land and my surroundings.
Thank you for mentioning it bro!

Nice chilled town ride. Very cool to watch you popping off stuff and bouncing all around the place.. you look injury free and fluid on the bike ready for anything!

Thank you brother!
I had a super fun XC ride around town with some time to film.
My shoulder has never really healed but I have acclimated to the pain, so its hard to use my right arm.
Then, my knee is still super sore from my little crash in December, ahahhaha
However, in reality when Im on my bike the pain is subsided with the fluid flow of fun!
In reality, I wanted to film more but I was really on an exercise ride.

Sorry to hear those pains persist and I hear what you say about pain fade when riding. I pinched my lower back last month and the pain was continuous until I decided to just ride on thru.. actually digging trails has been great for it..no more pain! My knees too start hurting from old injuries if I don't ride frequently.. Riding is rehab!

HHHHAHAAHAHA
Riding is rehab;
That needs to be a shirt!
You are spot on, once on the bike your focus is elsewhere.
Mind over the present situation!
I too have too many injuries to speak about, so I just adjust my riding to what I can do!

Also, in many cases riding strengthens the muscles around the injury site to support the weakness.. I know this to be true for my knee and to some extent my back.. the shoulder injury however may be different ?

No, it is.
For the first 4 years, I was in intense pain, but just ground my teeth and pushed through many rides.
However, I have now finally be able to start lifting weights again. I have been on them for over a year again and it feels so good. Riding help build my muscles enough to start exercising again. My shoulder is still in huge amounts of pain and feel like it will pop out at any second but I have taught myself how to keep it in place and if its in any sort of abnormal pain, I just lay back and be cool! hhahhahahhahah

Thank you buddy!
Friday afternoon and getting out for a cool 3 hour XC ride is always fun.
I didn't have work last firday so, I got to film some bits.
Where you lived in Japan, did they also have cemeteries just scattered all around the city and any place there was extra land?

totally. all over the countryside too. wherever there was a settlement, there was a concrete cemetery of some kind. Friends and me used to ride around town quite a bit and bunny hop over everything in sight. Something kept me out of the cemeteries though. maybe the spirits?

I remember it.
It was the side of the art museum.
I was young each other.
You enjoyed that you rode a bike very much. From those days.
I bet the souls you pass by on your bike are feelin' the stoke, Bro! Thanks for postin'!
