that's right I really need that exercise, I have issues on my lower back because of biking and weight lifting and Im always visiting my chiropractor to fix me.

@boyblue1973 I am sure you'll get the hang of it! It's the best pose for releasing tension at your lower back and aligning the pelvis. Engage your quads to allow your hamstrings to relax.
