Builder - Gulevich Segment - Behind The Build
During construction for Guleviches segment in the Builder movie I shot a big ol' heap of time lapses. This is a little behind the scenes of the best ones. Thanks to Secco for letting me use shots from the film to add a little continuity!

Such a sick build and very inspiring. When you put those post support beams up around the 0:30 - 0:50ish mark do you dig into the ground and set them in or do they just stand on their own after everything is nailed together?

They're set in holes about two feet deep and surrounded by rocks so you can adjust them as the framework goes up. Once they're in the right spot the weight of the structure holds it in place for the most part, but I'll pound the rocks in like a fence post with a big iron pry bar to make doubly sure they don't move.
