What an honest, fun video! I really like to watch cool videos of pro's doing stuff I'll never be able to, but what I really love to see is people like me riding and just having a good time, because that's what this sport is ultimately about.
  • + 5
Very much so! Its easier to relate and put things into perspective watching regular guys shred it hard! I too love videos like this!

This made me feel young at 30, which is pretty unique for a Pinkbike feature..

"Old" guys gettin shreddy! Throw in a few Rain-wahs, a nice sunny day, good trails. It's living life!

I'm 51 this year. My son came home from college last month for our annual Downeville Bike trip with my buddies that I grew up with, and their son's. So much fun, ridding with your buddies, and watching your kid's kid's rip the trails.

You're a lucky man. Happy trails!

Aw man felt like I just got a big ole hug. You guys are killing it! Looking forward to seeing ya in 20 years. Bi-focal goggles and lots of pee breaks. Stay young, ride your bike!

Keep riding = keep young. 43 feeling 23...just gotta keep it or lose it.

This video highlights the real midlife crisis... when can I get out riding with my mates next? Being a young 45 and riding fairly frequently, I know I'm (probably) slower & less stylish than the kids but guaranteed I'm just as buzzing after a ride as anyone, regardless of age, steez or number of operational hair follicles!

The young kids on here ride better then me, and these crusty dudes ride better then me... crap, thought it was because I was getting older. I guess it's because I need to step my game up and get on that centrum silver program. Great Video Kevin and Crew

40 this year. Still having good times on the bike. I appreciate the dirt I ride on a lot more now. Appreciate life and family more everyday. Thank God I can still hit the trails. Thanks for the amazing footage of these guys rolling.

More VODs like this please! I'll be honest, I'm beginning to feel the down turn at 35 and being stuck in an office doesn't help- this video is another reminder, along with Jamie Bestwick, Tony Hawk, Kelly Slater, Laird Hamilton, Brian Foster and more, that age is just a number.

 That was awesome!

Makes me feel young at 31.

You know what's the best thing about growing old? Is that you can afford to have the bike you dreamed of when you were "unmarried". Noooooo... just kidding, kids are expensive too!!!

I felt totally identified. Great video. Thanks for sharing.

tomorrow... shred the woods again.

Cheers. Beer

This was such an awesome video! Mid 30s here, and it's relatable already. Monday night rides after the kids go to bed are really the only time to get out.

I'm pretty blessed with haven the abuility to ride hard at 50 but then again looking back it something iv started young back in the late 70's as a kid.
