After a week of rain I headed up to the local trails for a chilled sesh.Bit muddy which made the climb tough but its good to get out and dirty.

 Lucky Joe! I cant wait to shred some dirt! I'm in the middle of PT for 3 out of 4 ligament rotator cuff injury on Oct. 24th last year. I finally got into surgery on Nov. 19th. At 12 weeks out of surgery and I can go up to 146deg. They said 120 would have been good. I've been semi-aggressive with my re-hab and laying off pain meds for 75% of the time since I want to know the limits and not "mask" them with meds and unknowing go too far and hurt myself. I do this because I'm NOT afraid of pain just like Stefan> long agoo I HAHDENED THE FAHCK UP!"

 Loved the still vid by the water. You know me, I'll look at anything in the outback, creatures, wood, dirt, coast, trees, undergrowth...it all inspires me checking out other cultures and terrain. The nearest I can get to it is in the Zoo, but you are close to wildlife outside your door. Any film you do is great to watch.
